THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USER AGREEMENT, enables you to use our web site. These Terms also govern your use or purchase of the products/services provided through our website. Each time you use our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. www.lavishlodge.co.uk is owned and operated by Lavish Lodge Interiors and is made available through the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions below apply all customers that use, and purchase products through this website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use any part of this website. Lavish Lodge Interiors shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website. Whilst we endeavour to give you the best advice via email, the company will not be held responsible for any disparity in products that slightly differ in shade and tone due to imagery from the website.

Description and price of our products
We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. However there may be slight variations in items in real life, to as shown on digital form e.g colour. All information given on this website is done to the best ability possible. If there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our customer services team through our online contact form. Images are for illustrative purposes only, we have made sure to display colours, shades, sizes and overall products, as accurately as possible, yet we cannot guarantee that your computer’s/phones display of the products will match the products in real life. We ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. If an error on the pricing of a product is found we can cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due, or refund any over-payment made by you. We can alter all products pricing without notice at any moment in time.

Placing orders
If you place an order with us through our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order, if any errors are made please correct these at the checkout. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when payment is sent by your to us. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment, postage or other relevant losses, if products are faulty/broken, only a refund on the price paid will be given. We reserve the right to cancel orders made with regards to errors in pricing. If you purchase the same goods under two or more orders, we cannot guarantee that the goods or service supplied will be from the same batch. We recommend you reviewing the measurements of our products before you place your order.

Payment
Payment will need to taken before delivery. If payment fails your order will not shipped and may even be cancelled. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received. Payment online: Our secure server software that we use for online payments encrypts all your payment card details. They encrypt all of the information, allowing no unauthorized third party to intercept the data. All information provided by you will be treated securely to meet with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please be aware any fraudulent transactions, scams or chargebacks will lead to legal action being taken by Lavish Lodge Interiors.
Delivery
We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package/item does not appear to be to a correct standard then please refuse the delivery. Once items have been posted it will be the courier who is liable for their delivery, if delivery is not met by the estimated timescale, this will need to be raised with the courier, who may allow up to 2 weeks before a claim for loss and damage can be made. Please note if a returns is requested you will be expected to pay the delivery charge. The Products are at your responsibly when they have been delivered. If items are delivered to a "safe place" we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the products , which may occur from being delivered to your "safe Place".

Delay in delivery
Occasionally the delivery of products purchased from Lavish Lodge Interiors may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If we are unable to deliver the goods or we are aware of a delay, then we will notify you of the delay and new timeframe as soon as possible. If the delay causes an issue with your order, you must let us have notice of for a cancellation. If we receive your notice of cancellation, then you will receive a full refund.

Website alterations
Lavish Lodge Interiors may at any time make alterations or withdraw this website. This also including changes prices, shipping fees and product variations that are available.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are only to be used as specified when given. Multiple codes cannot be used. Mis-use of discount codes can lead to Lavish Lodge Interiors cancelling your order.
RETURNS
We strictly do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our products, exceptions will apply to faulty goods only on delivery. Email lavishlodgehome@gmail.com for any returns. Once products are delivered Lavish Lodge Interiors will not be liable for the aftercare and condition of products once used. Returns of refunds will not be issued if an error has been made when placing your order, unless we are notified straight away before delivery is made. It is not possible to refund made to measure items or goods made to your specification unless you cancel in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges). please notify us within 14 days of you receiving the goods, if you require a return on a faulty item. Please note that we don’t accept returns after this period. Returns should be made to the address from which your goods were dispatched, we will confirmed the returns address to you once you email us regarding your return. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for a return, unless stated and agreed otherwise by us.
