Thank you for choosing Lavish Lodge Interiors as your homeware provider. We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for more information on our shipping processes:

Please note: Delivery for some Lighting/furniture can vary from our standard delivery. Lead times can average out at 5-7 working days. We do aim to process these sooner. Some lighting orders are curbside delivery only. Our courier will be in touch to arrange a delivery date and/or time via your phone number provided for these order. PLEASE NOTE- once a delivery date and/or time is arranged, if you fail to be present, and a redelivery is needed, an extra charge will be needed from yourself this can range from £65/75.
1. Free UK Mainland Delivery: (excludes Northern Ireland)
We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £75. To qualify for free delivery, your order total must be £75 or more. The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
2. Flat Rate Charges:
For orders that do not meet the free delivery requirement or for specific items that have flat rate shipping charges, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout. These charges will vary depending on the destination and the item(s) being ordered and size of item being ordered.

3. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier will notify you on the email address or mobile number provided regarding the delivery of your order. You will also receive a tracking number from Lavish Lodge which provides a 1 hour timeslot available via the tracking on the day of your delivery. If your delivery is unsuccessful on the couriers first visit, they will attempt to delivery a second time. Following two attempts, your item will then be left with the local post office for you to collect within 7 working days. If you fail to collect your order, your order will be returned back to us and will occur a return to sender delivery fee. Upon receiving the item back we will then contact you with two options:

- A full refund. Please note the return to sender fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- A second delivery attempt of your order to your specified address. The fee of £4.99 would need to be made before your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Times:
While we aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 3 working days, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item, your location, and other factors. Each order is processed and shipped the following business day after the date of the order. We work diligently to ensure your items are dispatched promptly.
5. Delays - allow 5 Business Days:
We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days from the date of shipment before chasing your delivery. Delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or issues with the courier service.

6. Missing or Incorrect Delivery Status
If your parcel is reported as missing, delayed, or showing an incorrect delivery status, an investigation will be initiated with our courier partner before any resolution or replacement is provided. You agree to cooperate fully with us and the courier during this process, which may include providing any requested information or evidence to support the investigation.
Please note that courier investigations can take up to 14 working days, and in some cases, longer depending on the courier’s policies and circumstances. Once the investigation has been completed and we have received confirmation of the outcome, we will contact you with an update and provide a resolution based on the findings.
7. Trusted Delivery Companies:
Lavish Lodge Interiors partners with a range of trusted delivery companies to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. All items are sent via recorded, tracked, and insured shipping methods. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and provides protection in the event of loss or damage.

Note
If your package or item appears damaged or not up to an acceptable standard upon delivery, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
Once items have been dispatched, the courier becomes responsible for their delivery. If delivery is not completed within the estimated timeframe, this must be raised directly with the courier. Please note that couriers may require up to 14 days to investigate and process any claims for loss or damage.
Responsibility for the products transfers to you once they have been successfully delivered. If your order is delivered to a nominated “safe place”, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery to that location.
