Please note: Delivery for Lighting can vary from our standard delivery. Lead times average out at 5-7 working days. We do aim to process these sooner. All lighting orders are curbside delivery only. Our courier will be in touch to arrange a delivery date and a time via your phone number provided. PLEASE NOTE- once a delivery date and/or time is arranged, if you fail to be present, and a redelivery is needed, an extra charge will be needed from yourself this can range from £65/75.
1. Free UK Mainland Delivery:
We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £75. To qualify for free delivery, your order total must be £75 or more. The discount will be automatically applied at the checkout.
2. Flat Rate Charges:
For orders that do not meet the free delivery requirement or for specific items that have flat rate shipping charges, the applicable charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout. These charges will vary depending on the destination and the item(s) being ordered and size of item being ordered.
3. Shipping Times:
While we aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 3 days, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the item, your location, and other factors. Each order is processed and shipped the following business day after the date of the order. We work diligently to ensure your items are dispatched promptly.
4. Delays - allow 5 Business Days:
We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 business days from the date of shipment before chasing your delivery. Delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or issues with the courier service.

If the package/item does not appear to be to a correct standard then please refuse the delivery. Once items have been posted it will be the courier who is liable for their delivery, if delivery is not met by the estimated timescale, this will need to be raised with the courier, who may allow up to 2 weeks before a claim for loss and damage can be made. The Products are at your responsibly when they have been delivered. If items are delivered to a "safe place" we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the products , which may occur from being delivered to your "safe Place".
Strictly no returns on all Lighting, please check all measurements and specifications before you purchase. We cannot issue a refunds if the item is not the correct size, colour or style.
Damages: Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the item for any damages or if the wrong item has been sent. If you notice any damage or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If the item is still in stock, we will arrange for an exchange and replacement of the item. In case the item is not available, a full refund will be issued to you.
